These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bit735 ("bit735", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://bit735.cam ("the Platform").

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the bit735 platform — including but not limited to account registration, placing bets, accessing casino games, using responsible gambling tools or reading editorial content — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood them, and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, where applicable, close your account. bit735 reserves the right to deny access to any user who does not comply with these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on bit735, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. bit735 strictly enforces this requirement and will conduct age verification checks as part of the KYC process.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a business, organisation or third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, where the Platform holds no valid licence for that jurisdiction, or where use of the Platform would be unlawful.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of bit735, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform, whether by self-exclusion or operator-imposed restriction, unless that exclusion period has formally expired and the account has been reinstated by bit735.
• You must be the sole and legal owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into your account.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bit735 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration details may result in account suspension and, where fraud is suspected, referral to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bit735 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify bit735 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

bit735 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including during peak sporting events such as PSL finals or ICC tournament matches, or where unusual wagering patterns are detected.

Access to and use of the bit735 Platform is granted subject to the following conditions of use, which apply to all Users regardless of account status:

• The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes only. Systematic or commercial exploitation of Platform content, odds data or promotional offers is prohibited.
• You may not use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, spiders or any other automated means to access, monitor or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from bit735.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, and that past results are not indicative of future outcomes. bit735 does not guarantee any particular outcome on any bet, game or market.
• All content on the Platform — including odds, statistics, editorial articles, game rules and promotional copy — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal or gambling advice.
• The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages or events outside bit735's reasonable control. bit735 will endeavour to notify Users of planned downtime in advance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
• You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws and any additional rules or guidelines published by bit735 from time to time.

All financial transactions on the bit735 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Currency: Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the Platform explicitly supports additional currencies. All deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in PKR.
• Minimum Deposits: A minimum deposit amount applies per transaction, as displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. This figure is subject to change at bit735's discretion.
• Payment Methods: The available payment methods are listed in the Platform cashier. Familiar local payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on this Platform as context for Pakistani users. • Declined Transactions: bit735 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is associated with suspected fraud, Prohibited Conduct, a disputed payment method, or a breach of these Terms.

bit735 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. The following terms apply to all such offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible markets and minimum odds are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real funds unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses expire after the period specified in the promotion's terms. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• bit735 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where it suspects abuse, error, or changed commercial circumstances.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating play to guarantee outcomes — is classified as Prohibited Conduct and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bit735 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or under the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, using or controlling more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, unauthorised or disputed payment methods; providing false identity information; engaging in money laundering or any other financially fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports markets or any comparable conduct.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated mechanism to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from bit735.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, systematic low-risk strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other conduct that bit735 reasonably determines to be abusive of bonus terms.
• Platform Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, pricing errors or any technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment: Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory or harassing behaviour towards bit735 staff, other Users or any third party connected to the Platform.

bit735 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users maintain control of their play. The following responsible gambling provisions apply to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit may be subject to a cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Loss Limits: Users may define a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, the Platform will prevent further wagers until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cool-off period or a longer-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account will be suspended for the elected period. During any self-exclusion period, the User must not attempt to register a new account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, republish or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written consent from bit735.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice from any content obtained from the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose, including commercial aggregation or competitive analysis.

Any unauthorised use of bit735's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the licence granted herein, account suspension and may expose the infringing party to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit735, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events, including network outages, server failures, cyberattacks or government-imposed restrictions affecting Platform availability.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics or editorial content published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bit735's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Where bit735's liability cannot be fully excluded, its total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bit735 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8, including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or use of automated tools.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from bit735.
• A request by a competent law enforcement authority, regulatory body or court.
• Where bit735 is required to do so to comply with applicable law, including anti-money laundering obligations.
• At the User's own request, including a self-exclusion request.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, bit735 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. If fraud or Prohibited Conduct is confirmed, bit735 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or ongoing investigations will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable period.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bit735 holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable licence jurisdiction are available upon request from support.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, unless resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process.

Users based in Pakistan: You acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal advice regarding the lawfulness of your use of the Platform in your country of residence.

bit735 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Users' rights or obligations — bit735 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Users or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect the substance of the Terms, or changes required to comply with applicable law, may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are amended. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
